Positive Prime (Also known as Positive Prime Technology) and its associated websites are hereafter referred to, for simplicity’s sake, as Positive Prime

These standard terms and conditions may be modified from time to time, and although “legally” it is your responsibility to regularly review and understand them, we realize that’s not something most people think of … so we will always do our best to inform you – both through on-site notices and e-mail notification – of any material change in Policy.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this site, our programs, products, services and our technology… or, if you are not 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to do so.

Correspondence

As a user of Positive Prime, you consent to receiving e-mails from the Company about offers, events, and bonuses available in which you might have an interest.

Of course, you’re never under any obligation to take advantage of these offerings … but, since we honestly feel they may be valuable in helping you achieve your goals, we just want to be sure you know about them.

And, we do have an “unsubscribe” link in the footer for all of our emails. If you would like us to ensure you are removed from any or all mailing lists, please click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email.

Monthly Club Membership

A monthly subscription, also known as a monthly membership, gives you access to our exclusive program for a period of no less than 1 calendar month. For your convenience, and to minimize any interruption of service, the Company will invoice you on a repeating monthly basis until you contact us and let us know you wish to cancel your membership. Naturally, you are free to cancel at any time by sending us an email at support@positiveprime.com.

If you would like us to do so on your behalf, we require at least five (5) business days prior to your next invoice date to ensure you aren’t re-billed for the coming month. It is your responsibility as a monthly subscriber/member to ensure that there are sufficient funds available from the chosen payment method. The Company reserves the right to adjust the monthly membership fee from time to time with prior notice to all monthly members/subscribers.

There are NO refunds, given our generous trial periods & opportunities to explore before commitment and payment processing.

All of our extra resources & materials are provided to ensure our prospective Members and Subscribers have ample chances to make the most of our products and services.

  • Positive Prime is made available as a digital download, and…
  • Due to the nature of digital downloads and online viewing of videos not being returnable…

Therefore, we do not refund monies paid for purchases of Positive Prime Sessions/ subscriptions. As a customer/subscriber/member, you acknowledge that the Positive Prime has a “no refund” policy with respect to all Positive Prime products, services and subscriptions.

However, any physical merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, and a full refund will be given, if you are not satisfied and the merchandise is not damaged or worn. If the physical merchandise is damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt to inform us of the damage to your purchase while in transit. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If, in special and rare circumstances, a refund is offered 25% of the amount is deducted to cover our management fee and any commissions or rewards that may nor may not have been awarded to referrers or promoters

In the case of Memberships to the Club, after you sign up for at any level, you will have 5 days to change your mind and get a full refund. After that, you may cancel your membership in the Positivity Club anytime, however we will not be able to offer you a refund. Your tokens will remain in your MetaMask wallet to be exchanged at a future time. If in special circumstances a refund is offered then 25% of the amount is deducted to cover our management fee and any commissions or rewards that may nor may not have been awarded to referrers or promoters. Your annual membership in Positive Prime may be cancelled within 30 days

 Subscription Suspension Policy

Monthly subscriptions are automatically suspended, or cancelled, by virtue of non-payment. To re-activate a monthly subscription, a new subscription must be started either within the same account as before or by starting a completely new account with a new email address.

Positive Prime does not have access to these banking details at any time.

Your rights

You may terminate your membership by giving notice to us in writing (such as via support@positiveprime.com). Naturally, you are also free to cancel at any time through your own PayPal account by managing your own subscriptions and we would recommend doing so.

If you would like us to do so on your behalf, we require at least five (5) business days prior to your next invoice date to ensure you aren’t re-billed for the coming month or year.

Limit of Our Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Positive Prime its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to, from, or arising out of your use of the Positive Prime website and any of its offered products and services.

Personal Information Our Company Collects and How It Is Used
Introduction:

Our company collects information in different ways from Visitors and Members who access the various parts of our Services and the network of Web sites accessible through our Service. We use this information primarily to provide a customized experience as you use our Products and Services, and generally, do not share this information with third parties. Our Company Partners and Sponsors:

Some products and services may be offered to Visitors and Members in conjunction with an affiliate, independent contractor seller or non-affiliated partner. To provide Visitors and Members some of these products and services, the partner may need to collect and maintain personal information. In these instances, you will be notified before any such data is collected or transferred and may decide not to use that particular service or feature.

Additionally, our partners may have advertisements or co-branded Web Pages that are cosponsored by an affiliate, independent contractor seller, or non-affiliated partner. Online Shopping:

At some Web sites, you can purchase products and services or register to receive materials, such as a newsletter, catalog or new product and service updates. If you complete an order for someone else, such as an online gift order sent directly to a recipient, you may be asked to provide information about the recipient, such as the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. If you order services or products directly from our company we will use the personal information you provide only to process that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Online Advertisements:

Our company may display our online advertisements. In those cases we share aggregated and non-identifying information about our Visitors and Members collected through the registration process as well as through online surveys and promotions with these advertisers.

Additionally, in some instances, we use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements or joint ventures. For instance, an advertiser or joint venture company tells us the audience they want to reach and provides us an advertisement tailored to the audience. Based upon the aggregated and non-identifying information we have collected, we may then display or send the advertisement to the intended audience. Our company does not share personal information about its Visitors or Members with these advertisers or joint venture companies.

Responses to Email Inquiries:

When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to our company, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Our company does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Voluntary Customer Surveys:

We may periodically conduct both business and individual customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of products and services we offer and how we provide them to you.
